It was a mistake to think the ASX wouldn't try and stifle them with every delay and expense tactic in the book.

All good now. The business moved on, like all business's move on and they are doing great because of it. Brave decision because they could have lent into the ego and spent more.

ISX delayed the proceedings 4 times with new SOCs! Including one right as the demerger vote was announced!

Maybe ISX no longer had a use for the litigation against ASX?
