it depends on the accounting system (eg cash) as to when you say you received the money. one when it actually hits your bank account and the other when you sign the contract.

it looks like someone really don't want isx or jk in the boys club. I hope that their current contracts stick it out with them - this is a little more reputation damage.
this will be part of the reason why asx suspended isx was suspended for so long - so ASIC could do investigations, although ASIC did say they don't recommend a suspension in November 2019.
I hope judge sees this for what it is.
