Well said Scozzie. I too am heavily invested in ISX. Saying that I see ASIC SOC and I am happy about it. There is nothing different or damaging than what ASX has been saying it all along. The most ashamed thing to the trading community is that ASIC took over 15 months to get its report out. What a shame, you are a market regulator you actions and duty of care is to protect the shareholders and keep things in order.
This collision between ASX and ASIC will remain a dark day in the history of Australian trading community.
I clearly see how this is playing out they are trying to hold JK and Isignthis to ransom until we withdraw the case against ASX.
Whats the pecuniary penalty for missing disclousres even say by breach. ASIC "alleges" that ISX did not disclose 3 agreements on integration.
In saying all that ISX has been suspended over 15 months already.
ASX is a shame old dogs with elephant size egos.
Again we all know ASIC is in bed with ASX.
Now how many times has ASIC or ASX have warned ISX on any of this.
Lets hope the court see it the right way benefiting the shareholders.
Its just not fair market operator in collision with market regulator to crucify small tech companies.
Whats the penalty and bloody move on. Is the market regulator still snoozing.
