Whats the legitimacy of illegally acquired data from Visa Europe by a joint opportunistic venture by ASX and ASIC.
Visa's suspension of ISX stating AML does not prove that they are guilty of anything and not a single case against ISX is pending in europe or elsewhere.
ASIC filing was the first one across.

I agree per say If ISX was holding back information in regards to continous disclosure , whats the pecuniary penalty for such an offence.ASIC mentions three breaches in total.
Now whats the market regulator doing for the last 14+ months when the entity is suspended form trading.
things could have been much simpler. Even if Proven guilty of disclosure havent they already been suspended over a year.
