Read it again everyone. There is nothing in there about performance shares and ISX breaching rules to obtain them. So on the basis of this SOC none will be given back. This is all about continuous disclosure and the arguments provided about these including the 15% accusation still hold.
It is not time to count ISX down or out!
And really, attempting to remove Karantzis when not a single person has been removed in a bank, the Crown casino, telstra.... by ASIC and/or the courts! Seems ASIC needs a reset of its moral systems where it is better to remove a person who, in their opinion, does not disclose something fairly inconsequential than if the person is responsible for child exploitation or money laundering.
Seems a bit of an ASX/ASIC collusion to me. Close to court time - seems quite a meek and transparent effort to me.
