Nope she didn't say that at all. The fact is this, if the SOR was inaccurate and ISX had succesfully argued that, then the injunction would have been accepted, full stop. ISX could have outlined any factual errors and they had failed to do that, that is if they had done that at all, because the court transcript is not showing any of such attempt by ISX.
