ASIC needed to make some sort of ridiculous civil charge, they obviously had no proof of criminality like the famous SOR alluded too. Does not bode well for ASX defense. I expect an ISX win on both cases, both of our market “regulators” don’t have a smidgen of proof. All going off feeling an innuendo. It’s sad that they felt that threatened by ISX, but it’s way too late to snuff out ISX anyway. Also to the muppets, ASIC needed a charge of something, anything that could potentially stick. This is a nothing-burger with teeth that will bite them right back instead.
