    I didn't see the question answered - specifically, why do people continue to raise the initial acceptance by VISA as some holy grail when clearly afterwards 1) ISX did not engage with VISA as part of the review processes, 2) accepted it had governance short comings, and 3) only attempted to remediate the situation after the termination (and not "proactively", as ISX supposedly manages it's AML responsibilities - afterwards is reactive).

    happy to be corrected though.. all I've seen in your posts and others are supposed arguments that not even ISX is attempting to raise. All ISX has said is that there is more VISA correspondence than the specific letters referred to, it hasn't disputed or attempted to correct VISA's statements in the specific correspondence quoted.

    I guess you won't see this response, but that's fine, hope you live a happy life and can come to accept what has happened here eventually
