I agree very tough to prove......contracts produced a net profit (albeit small), they were at arms length, contracts produced $800k of revenue in 2019, impossible to show ISX didn’t learn integration skills. I’m not in your camp on JK keeping these shares though. I feel at some point in the ASIC case he might get offered a negotiated out involving those shares and if he does I hope he takes it. Let’s not forget ASIC regulate the clearing and settlement space with RBA and NSX want to play there.
