ASIC seem to think the reason for the Visa suspension is material. I cannot understand why that would be the case. I certainly would not expect to be told. I do agree with Clayton Utz that being told something about the likely impact and what alternative arrangement could be made, would have been nice. There was still plenty of disclosure around the Visa issue, more than I would normally expect to get from other ASX listed businesses.

It seems that ISX is being held to a higher standard than any other business listed on the ASX. There is no way that ASIC would treat any of the big banks like this, they would not be game.
