What maximised the damage was ISX decisions to deal with scammers and a dodgy bank that was shut down by regulators. If ISX dealt with companies that were not engaging in illegal activity I highly doubt VISA would have terminated its relationship. I mean c'mon, we now know VISA termimated because ISX had rubbish processes and was dealing with scammers.
