Thanks for this post; re-reading it, it makes a lot of sense and gives a very reasonable account of the status at the time.
Had Visa not published ISX's status as "suspended by AML" ASX would probably not have the grounds for some of the additional questioning.
And who knows there might not have been the manual/illegal transfer of data and all the fallout from that.
I think it was a very unfair thing for Visa to do; in a way similar to ASX publishing the "findings" in a SOR on the MAP.
