WTF???? There is something called an accounting standard thay every chartered accountants use, the global one is IAS18, feel free to search on google.


1) ISX had subcontracted virtually all the goods and services related to the four key contracts, including the handover to third parties.
2) ISX had never signed any software delivery contract before the four key contracts. ISX also is yet to sign any similar contract since then.

So no, it is not part of ISX ordinary business.
