Can we complain to AFCA, 61 1800 931 678 about what has happened with ISX and John Karantzis?
Could that be an avenue of redress for everyone?
We can not only complain about ISX but also ASX, all their actions?
There appears to be very little ISX corporate governance, risk and compliance stuff on their website.
No complaints policy, no insider trading policy that I could find, only the Rem report from year back as part of the AR.
Very bad governance, risk and compliance IMHO.
Hardly anything there.
