HI Risky Manager again. How do you care if the charges are serious. You are neither ASIC nor ISX Shareholder.

None of us actually care what you think or for that reason.. what ASIC thinks or ASX thinks.

I am positive.. If ASIC is right its a fine and move on. Its pecuniary penalty and not what you think as "serious"

Its 3 alleges from ASIC, only if ISX is proven guilty will the penalties apply.

Again if its 12 - 18 months how on god's green earth do you care @Managerisk
