I see VISA as a non issue disclosure wise the company was suspended the IE report covers the reasons around the company's disclosure at the time. The other disclosure issues may be an issue if proven but that will be difficult for ASIC and even then some monetary fine it's all proven to be a bit of a storm in a teacup in the end.

ASIC has done their job investigating issues raised and published its findings and the standard process is underway the issue remains why ASX still has the company suspended.
