Discussing with a few contacts of mine.....dyor & imo....
- ASIC are consuming Court time .ref to minor disclosure
- ASIC could be embarrassed and thrown out of Court on its ear.
- ASIC is endeavouring to help ASX but they have just Burnt ASX themselves with this move.
- Australian Treasury Office will be stripping regulatory powers from ASIC.....maybe they pushed for this error path......
