Sorry to say Joe, you are wrong and NN is spot on with his assertion.
The good thing about ASIC, is they don't have a very good record prosecuting companies, which one could speculate has something to do with inadequate evidence, but that's simply an opinion based on them losing frequently.
Now if anyone thinks an allegation is a conclusion then they really need to re-educate themselves on the simplified, high level process:
- Allegation.
- Evidence.
- Rebuttal.
- Judgement.
- Penalty.
So we are at #1 and yet some on here are at #4, which is just a little strange but probably because they don't have a lot of experience with these sorts of things in the *real* world.
Its all good though Joe, because anything we say collectively or not, is 100% moot until we get to #4. Remember, we are at #1.
