I challenged Nasha's attempts to clear ISX of ASIC claims against it....
So in fact, that poster was already at the end of your stages, clearing ISX of all claims made by ASIC. I think I showed pretty clearly that none of the evidence he provided from the CU report or company financials for the relevant period actually answered the ASIC claims, Nasha was plainly wrong on every point he made. In fact he was so wrong that I do not believe Nasha even read the one page ASIC public release on its claims against ISX.
