Gotta wait. Class action against the BOD isn't possible at this stage.
1. BOD have done everything possible to stop documents getting out.
2. ASIC are suing them, but so far there's no verdict of wrongdoing.
If ASIC wins its case, then the BOD will have been found to have deceived their investors, and will be theoretically open to a class action.
