the top 20 shareholder listing shows that it could have taken as few as the next 25 shareholders to get to the number of votes cast.. which is a fraction of a % of the 10,000 caring shareholders that continue to get screamed about here
i think the 5% guesstimate by TDB of shareholders who bothered to cast a vote is incredibly generous..
every other shareholder vote result announcement by ISX before the demerger stated the # of shareholders who voted.. the demerger vote didn’t.. there is a clear reason why it wasn’t, it didn’t suit the narrative
