    Actually, if you carefully read the statement of claims by ASIC, you will realize they are doing all the heavy work for shareholders.

    Their statement of claims pretty much mirror what aggrieved shareholders would seek.  So in essence, they are doing the public a favour. 

    In any case, I don't think given the current rate of cash burn (around $6M per quarter) and recent purchases USD $4.5M, the company will see out 2019 without a major capital raise.   That will be next to impossible (IMHO) given the state of uncertainties stemming from those lawsuits.
