Anyway, at least we know where we stand wrt ASIC. It would be silly to speculate without a response from the company, ignore the noise until we hear from the board. If Belinda or Mike F resign from the board, it's curtains. At the moment, the business is priced at cash backing. No lock in contracts at a per delivery rate will always cause disclosure issues as certainty is lacking. I expect the company will announce a response on Monday. I still don't know why the directors would buy circa 500000 shares collectively last year, unless they saw a long term opportunity.
