i also find it hard to believe that they just.made up the NA Williams transaction estimates, as Bane is publicly on record multiple times saying this number was provided by NA Williams and reduced.
Anyway, at least we know where we stand wrt ASIC.
It would be silly to speculate without a response from the company, ignore the noise until we hear from the board.
If Belinda or Mike F resign from the board, it's curtains.
At the moment, the business is priced at cash backing.
No lock in contracts at a per delivery rate will always cause disclosure issues as certainty is lacking.
I expect the company will announce a response on Monday.
I still don't know why the directors would buy circa 500000 shares collectively last year, unless they saw a long term opportunity.
