ok so right now we can buy at below the price of the CR that institutions invested at (4c), and many thought was too low.
Since the capital raise we have had the following news:
1) Mineral Resource Estimate Increased Threefold at Makuutu
2) Phase 3 Exploration Program to Commence at Makuutu
3) IonicRE signs MOU with CHINALCO
4) Makuutu Rare Earths Project Scoping Study
The company at 3.9 has a mc of $142m.
Sounds like irrational bevavior, and a short term opportunity.
