ASIC Complaint procedure, page-20

No idea why mine got axed - explanation was "other" and of course they will not respond to you.

anyway, here is a short excerpt of my original post.

What exactly is your complaint to ASIC going to be?

This is a serious question.
Are you going to complain that you don't like that the BOD recommended MIN's offer?
Are you going to complain that they converted their options, which the shareholders approved?
Just because we don't like what the BOD did, doesn't mean there is anything ASIC will or can do.

Detail your actual complaint, with PROOF that they acted in bad faith as directors.
Do you have any proof of their INTENT - good or bad?

What you seem to be asking for is a witch hunt, not an investigation.
