It's ridiculous to suggest there would be anything for the directors to worry about imo.

They didn't recommend an offer and then an improved offer was generated and recommended in the absence of a superior one.

They are at a premium to price pre-offer.

Genuinely wish the holders here who want to maintain their stake the best.

And I hope that if more than 10 percent hold out you see the returns you hope for.

But ASIC is not going to get anyone anywhere and nor should they in the circumstances here which are totally average for a takeover.
