i would expect NWE SP to decline once takover offer lapses and given MIN has 50-60% shareholding. It's get to the point where the majority of NWE holders - more than 50% - sell out that it is wise to do the same. No point being a minority SH with no voice.
I have been there a few times where i would prefer to continue to being a shareholder but you have to bow to the market sometimes.
Disclosure - i am a MIN SH.
