    7.4 cents was a number floated by MIN to get NWE shareholders excited. (What ever). The real take over offer is MIN share price divided by 1300. MIN share price Currently going down so the offer now is more like 6.5 cents and that can change up or down. Hopefully after this TO drama is over the drill will dictate NWE share price
