I started fillling out the ASIC complaint form and unfortunately it highlighted for me that whilst I have a fairly clear understanding of what's been going on here I don't really have the knowledge of detail required to lodge a credible complaint.
T4P you seem to have the best understanding of this of anyone on this forum... Would you be interested in working on a collaborative wording for a complaint then getting it lodged under the names of whoever it is agrees? I can't see any problem with the same wording being used by several people... Perhaps if we got it right we could release a copy to anyone else who wants to lodge the form (you can do it online so it wouldn't take people long).
I don't know if anything will come of it but at the least I think it's important to send the management a message that their shareholders will not just bend over when they want to screw us...
So... anyone interested in contributing?
Main points that I think need to be brought up:
obvious price capping and abuse of parent companies huge holding to do this (need to elaborate on what evidence we can show for this apart from directors interest notices... I presume ASX can look at details of who traded what, when)
Placement to friendlies to shore up a voting block. Including an argument that there are no other credible reasons for them to have done this.
An exposition of the assumed long term plan that has driven this... i.e. reasons why they couldn't list as a single company, why that would have been the preferred option if it was possible. I think this should establish motive and context in order to give the theories of manipulative practices credence.
No sure if the giveaway to Pluton has enough relevance to include here?
Probably worthwhile pointing out that an ex director of ASIC's daddy is on the board. They won't like having their name dirtied.... Assuming they aren't all in bed with each other...
I'd love to know who did the 59c trade the day before the announcement.... ASX does... perhaps they should have a look...
