U have listed 4 complaints or things u don't like. If u want ASIC to take it seriously, list rules/ quote sections of the corporations act etc, that u feel have been broken. Otherwise u r coming across as somebody who is unhappy with the direction the company has taken.
If u list specific rules u feel have been broken ASIC can decide if they have been or not and then can take action.
