On Nov 22, 2011, SDL released a document which detailed Answers to FAQ...it is a very interesting read...i am surprised the company hasnt resinded this announced....
On the basis of this official announcement if anyone purchased shares above the current T/O of 45cents, are they now entitlement to compensation for loses....I dont know as i am no corporate lawyer, but it just doesnt seem to be right if shareholders have geniunely relied on this information to make their investment decision and have or will suffer a loss as a result...
