In addition to my previous post..if you then add the two comments below from George Jones as per Pandev's post....around the same time as the the FAQ announcement with respect to the 57cents not being able to be negotiated down....IMO i think u might a case for compensation....again i am no lawyer...but if u had relied on these two bits of information including the FAQ announcement to make your investment in SDL, and purchased above 45cents...well u know the rest...
