* try and keep it non-emotive, even though it has been 'farcical'
* ensure you can substantiate any claims made
* you probably want to mention how the SP has dropped on an impending knowledge of, for example, a delay. Hopefully ASIC can check the share registry to see who has been consistently selling leading to a delay announcement
* id include lack of information for investors to make sound investment ongoing decisions
* examination of SIA to determine whether SDL have been compliant on behalf of shareholders
* clarification on misleading statement made by SDL that original 0.57c could not be reduced
