From experience, I gurantee you that persistance in your efforts will eventually pay off.

CVI is another one where ASIC just blocked them raising $10million on a placement / prospectus and hopefully some justice will come there as well.

The ASX is for companies to gain further capital to grow their company and return to investors that helped the company grow, not just to grow their own bank accounts and take off with the money.
