Id be keen to hear what everyone elses take on this article in todays paper?
Im getting more cynical as i get older and I immediately assume this will target the smaller investors making noise than the bigger ones actually cooking the market.
Id really like to be wrong, personally I have a small sum Ive lost through a trade that now looks to have been with a dodgy miner, so id like to see more scrutiny on companies, especially small caps whom do continuous cap raises.
