Any manipulators who might be operating on the CDU share price should, in my opinion, heed the warning given by the Chairman of ASIC, Mr. Greg Medcraft, as high-lighted in your Post, part of which I repeat here.

Mr Medcraft said this in the speech to the Stockbokers Australia conference. He warned industry that it was monitorig high frequency trading and market manipulation. Markets do not simply exist - and will not exist - in the longer term, if they are simply feeding on themselves; they're not sustainable if its just a casino".

The ASIC short position for CuDeco on the 26th May,2014, has increased to 9,267,053.

The ASX short sell for CDU on the 29th May,2014 was 186,536 shares traded of which 47,669 were short sold
This represents 26% of the day's trading in CDU.
