I agree - Twice I have contacted them about company reporting issues ( Not CDU ) and I got a standard fob off reply - Basically unless you present them with the whole case signed sealed and delivered water tight ready to take to court to prosecute they are not interested in taking it any further - no doubt a lack of funding is part of the problem.
