ASIC are to hand down their decision on CGNPC's request to waive the downstream acquisition rules.
ASIC are expected to require CGNPC to extend their offer to all EXT shareholders.
Calculations in April showed this to be about A$10.70 per EXT share. It'll have gone down a touch since then due to exchange rate changes, but should still be above A$10.
