so we know why the 50 mill plus dump first up this morning, Smyth and co thought they better raise some spending money while the going is good.

will have to find out what this determination is or the act it related to.

I would guess it is regarding the raising to repay a loan for a coal mine that shareholders have no details on, yet they want to them to vote for it.

of course they would already know the results of the sham vote, as was the case last time.

Well finally a spanner in the works form ASIC, hope it is a bigger spanner than they threw at them in Jan, that one was only a bob the builder toy one.
