They don't say they are postponing the meeting because the determination says they have to postpone it or to respond to ASIC. They said they intend to go ahead with it anyway.
They say they are postponing it so they have a chance to think about what impact the determination will have on the company . The dermination is in place for 12 months.
Nice if shareholders could see the determination!
