Asic has found no evidence of any cash-flow problems with Citigold so are refusing to take any action. They can't work out something that is bleedingly obvious to all of us.
Citigold will probably take this as an excuse to continue to refuse to pay their debtors, but eventually enough of them will develop and they will have no choice.
I'm glad that I no longer own shares in such an immoral company.
