Sorry, I'm just a miserable creditor (thanks for the correction) and I don't have a clue what's going inside Citigold. All I know is that they haven't paid their debt, which means that either they can't or that they aren't willing to pay. It could be that because this is the last cheque, they are holding off payment because they don't think that the trustee will sue for such a small amount. But it's all guesswork.
Either of those scenarios would make me want to run as far as I can from this mob.
