Interesting point KC. The value of KAH shares will always be determined by (in the event of a takeover) the value of EXT shares, not the other way around, and KAH shareholders know it, or at least Mark Hohnen does. The reason is that KAH are an investor in the stock like we are, and they have no inherent (notable) value otherwise.

All KAH holder must know that they are only proxy holders of EXT shares, and that the true and 'fair' value calculation of their investment in KAH (right now) is the 'strategic value' of EXT as a takeover target, and not just the SP.

I'll wager that there are many more shareholders in KAH right now for the T/O scenario, than for the thrill of mining uranium for the next 10 years or so. They need to maximise their payout just as we do and no matter what the constantly diminishing figure the Chinese keep throwing up, the shareholders will decide what fair value is and nobody else.
