Guys, just for what it is worth, a group of holders that own a significant amount of shares made contact with Siobhon Lancaster on this issue and sent to the board through her a letter stating as shareholders that we would want to be a part of any downstream offer.
I believe that the board approached ASIC and informed them that EXT expected or wanted the downstream offer. Remembering that an offer is just that, an offer, EXT would then be in a position to "knock back" any offer if they did not like it or, if they had a better off from other "offerees" so to speak.
