Hansel obviously they chose Bergen as limited or no other options. From memory there was a misunderstanding over the floor price. I thought at the time if you read carefully there were two tranches and only the second tranche was subject to the floor. The first tranche appeared to be the essential cash portion. I think I may have posted on that. Can't see the Bergen news glancing back. Didn't they do classic CCC manoeuvre and attach it to the bottom of another announcement or something?
