Yes, because the company decided to get into the BNPL space when it was all the rage. i know this was the concern of some shareholders - using BNPL and aquisitions of companies with with little history or detail given, to pump the price. Management made a lot of money selling around this time. Remember Jimmie transferred millions of shares to his wife who then sold a big chunk of them. CI1 even have the share price hitting .13 on their timeline like it's something to celebrate.
