As an (Ex) NAB employee I find that conduct unacceptable.
Staff are not allowed to even trade their NAB shares within 30 days of the dividend announcements for fear of insider information tarnishing the NAB Star..... - maximum penalty could be loss of employment.
These are the rules that staff face, imposed by the same board that approved Ahmeds sale.
One rule for the staff & another for management.
I would love to be part of a movement that has this taken to level that has this investigated & (if) found guilty prosecuted. But alas what can I do?????
Seems royal commissions are the go by the Government..(joke)...Why can't ASIC do their job..maybe we need police to police the police??
Is the current price an indicator of why Ahmed was so eager to get out.
I still fear more down side.
I hold but should have sold.
