On a serious note TDW only pay funds to a specific bank account nominated by the client. If the client was the angel then the funds should only be paid to an account nominated by the angel (these days clients have to provide a copy of the account/statement as proof). Requests to transfer money made over the phone are recorded.
If angel is the client angel can access the account over the net and see if when and where funds have been transfered. On the other hand if the client was the devil there is little the angel can do.
If you believe there has been fraud angel should report it to the police. Better still, perhaps angel should take up writing mystery novels and make a fortune that way.
