All serious small investors will welcome any action that ASIC take to keep the share market honest and the story as told in the link is obviously a scheme to manipulate the market
The only problem is it is just the tip of the iceberg as we all see manipulation on a daily basis with the computer trading by bots, algorithmic trading etc, so when are they going to be targeted by ASIC ??
IMHO Trading by high speed computer action is not "natural" trading it is a coordinated scheme to manipulate the market, and is usually done by big money, not the small money people as in the linked story
